Design Expo Raleigh is looking for excellent examples of Graphic Design here in the Triangle. If you are a graphic designer and have a great project you want to show off, please submit it to us for review. Download the forms to enter on this page and follow the submission instructions. Our panel of judges will select a number of entries for inclusion in Exhibition ’06, the Design Expo’s collection of the best design work in the Triangle. If your piece is selected for exhibition, you will receive a letter of offer to display at the Expo.

Submission Requirements
- You live, go to school, or work within the Research Triangle Region (i.e., the greater Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill area)
- You are least 18 years of age
- You are the original creator of the design and have not copied anyone else's work
- Your design does not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property
- The final submitted design must have been completed after June 1, 2004
- Submissions must include the finished design work as well as examples of the design development process (i.e., sketches, initial concepts, and/or rounds of revisions that led toward the finished work), accompanied by written descriptions of both the project and the development process
- Submissions should include 5-15 printed examples of the development process, which must be numbered and labeled with brief descriptions
- Submissions must include details on the designer’s involvement in the development/design process
- Submissions for printed designs (books, brochures, letterhead, etc.) must include a sample of the actual printed work
- Submissions of digital designs (web design) must include a URL of the work published online and printouts of screen shots
- Submissions of multiple design works should each be enclosed in a separate container (e.g., envelope, box, etc.)
- To ensure anonymity during the judging process, each submission container must be labeled with only the project title on the outside.
- Entrants invited to exhibit will also be required to include a B/W photo of the designer, images of the design work in JPEG form, and a brief written statement about the design work as well as the designer(s). This information will be used on the display. Complete project submission details will be in the Letter of Offer to Exhibit.
